DMW – A carbon aware business

It is the stated aim of our business to be carbon neutral, by this we mean that DMW will offset its carbon emissions and work to reduce all emissions of carbon from the business processes.  We believe that it is our duty to help to contribute in what ever way we can to the reduction of green house gases which have already contributed to 0.6 Celsius increase in global temperatures over the last 100 years.

As a business we have introduced measures to reduce our carbon emissions, improve the recycling of plastics, inks, papers, cardboards and end of life computer equipment.

We believe that all organisations should take their environmental responsibilities seriously and take positive action to reduce their carbon footprint.  The emission reducing measures taken now and in the future will make the world better place for our children and our children’s children.

In our small way we are happy to do what ever we can to help save the planet from the dangers of the effects of global warming. Everyone has to work together and support the Kyoto Protocols now and beyond 2012.  If we do nothing we could see global temperatures rise by 5 degrees Celsius by 2100 with catastrophic consequences for the planet.
